Frequently asked questions
How do I book a tour?
Choose your tour, pick a preferred date and the number of travellers, and send us your reservation request via WhatsApp straight from the booking form. Your request is confirmed only once we reply to confirm availability.
Are hotel pickups available?
Yes. Hotel pickup and drop-off are included on every tour. We pick you up at 09:00 just outside your hotel entrance by the security gate — please be there about 5 minutes before departure.
What should I bring?
Sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, swimwear and a towel for beach tours, and a camera or smartphone. Bring some cash (euros or escudos) for souvenirs, snacks or extra drinks. Each tour page lists exactly what you need.
Are the tours suitable for children?
Children are welcome. Children aged 4–11 pay a reduced price and children up to 3 years old travel free. Please tell us the ages of your children when you send your request.
